Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Please allow our fulfillment warehouse up to 48 hours after placing your order to process your order. The packaged goods will be shipped as soon as possible! Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email and a tracking number. If you want to know where your shipment is at all times, you can visit our website and visit our order tracking page to get real-time updates on your shipment. If you have not received your tracking number or do not see an update on the order status page after 2 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate further!

Q: Cancellation request

A: If you placed an order with us and qualify for cancellation, please note that there is a $5.00 restocking fee on the order.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: sources its products from the US, Europe and Asia. For US domestic orders, you can expect your shipment to arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Please allow up to 25 days for international orders.

A: Once you have found a product that interests you, simply click the Add to Cart button. Enter your shipping and billing information and we will ship your order to you as soon as possible!

Q: What is your refund policy?

A) At www.trendy-girls.com we strive to provide the best customer service possible! If you receive your product with damage, please contact us using the contact form. We'll see if you're eligible for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your goods, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been tampered with or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund. You must then send us the product to be checked and your refund will be processed within 3-6 working days of arrival. After the product is inspected, your refund or exchange will be issued.

Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
